   Anderson Bass's diamond horse head necklace slide was voted 1st place at the National confer-ence of the Independent Jewelers Organization!  The driving horse head features .45 cts of diamonds set in the harness.  The pendant is 2.3 inches tall, and fashioned of 14 karat yellow and white gold.  This design is a limited edition of 12.

   The "al SOL" (In the SUNSHINE) show saw perfect weather with 42 horses exhibited in both Breed and Dressage sections of the show. Under the covered arena, many fine animals were judged by the Honorable judge, Gary Mullen, in various classes ...  from in-hand to performance classes such as English & Western Pleasure to Driving and Native Tack & Attire and more.
   Outside in the Dressage Arena, owners and riders showed off their horses and their talents under blue skies and gentle breezes for the Honorable judge, Leslie O'Neal Olson.

I see him now, that magnificent powerful neck stretched in an elegant arch, his noble beautiful head reaching to the boy.      Horse shows are a fun business, full of beautiful horses, flashy attire, and competition for cool prizes.  But behind the scenes there is a lot of work involved in preparation.  One of the needs of any horse show is cash flow, and a great way to have funds available is to raise sponsorship money
    
Sponsorships are funds that benefactors such as private individuals or companies put up towards a horse show class or session.  Most shows do not have a 501c3 tax status (for charitable donations), even if not for profit, and sponsorship money

     In 2004 Remington and I competed at the Region Two Championships and became Reserve Champions at Adult Amateur Training Level in an entry of over 50 competitors.  That year he was also named National Silver Stirrup Grand Champion.  Between 2004 and 2007 Remington won numerous FHANA, IFSHA, and USDF year end awards, including the Regional Championship at Third Level, third in the nation at Second Level among all breeds and, along with his stable mate Alta von Reh, was the National Champion Pas De Deux team.
